Fabrication Shop

We control all of the manufacturing processes. The largest of its kind in Arizona, our fabrication facility covers over 20,000 Sq. Feet. It has enabled us to fabricate fences for some of the largest fencing projects in Arizona in recent years.
  • 2 saws run full time cutting the steel for the fab techs.
  • 4 different hydraulic iron workers process the steel as needed
  • 6 inline MIG welders assemble the fencing panels and gates
  • Ample lay down space for grinding and clean-up

Fabrication Shop

We control all of the manufacturing processes. Our facility covers over 20,000 Sq. Feet of manufacturing space. The largest of its kind in Arizona, our fabrication facility covers over 20,000 Sq. Feet. It has enabled us to fabricate fences for some of the largest fencing projects in Arizona in recent years.

Powder Coating

All of our wrought-iron fencing, gates and miscellaneous steel fabrication items come standard with a premium powder coat finish. We handle this in-house. There is no need to outsource this process. Because we control all aspects of production, we avoid unexpected delays and complete our projects on-time.
  • Our powder coat oven can fit any item up to 10′ high and 8′ wide and 26′ in length.
  • Wide variety of RAL standard colors in stock with the ability to custom order any powder-coat color available
  • Powder coat finishing makes for a durable and long lasting finish adding value to your fencing projects

Chain Link Weaving

The Bergandi Machinery WVR-500 Variable Speed Drive is unique in it's state-of-the-art design technology manufactured in the U.S.A. providing maximum production of chain link mesh with minimum downtime. We have been producing our own chain link fencing since 2010. 
  • Ability to produce any custom height from 2 feet to 12 feet
  • Choice of mesh patterns of 1 ¾”, 2″, 2 ¼” and 2 ⅜”
  • Enables us to be much more responsive to customer needs along with the ability to manage tight construction schedules.

Our Chain Link Fabric Comes in 36"H (3') all the way up to 144" (12'). 


We offer 3 different options when it comes to gauge.

 

  • 11 1/2 GA ( 2 3/8" Mesh)
  • 11 GA ( 2" Mesh)
  • 9 GA ( 2" Mesh)

 

All of the chain link fabric is galvanized.
